Going trough NYC to get to honeymoon cruise.?
My fiancée and I are getting married August 21, 2010. We want to go on a Carnival Cruise for our honeymoon which leaves from New York City August 23, 2010. We're both from Massachusetts and have never been to NYC. While we both agree it would be nice to spend the night extra night in the city we are unsure if we should just drive into the city, or fly from Albany Int Airport to JFK/Newark/LaGuardia and then take a taxi, or take the train, or rent a limo? Driving would be the least expensive but like I said we have never drove in NYC. My fiancée has never driven in any big city, and I have driven in Toronto, Chicago, and Boston.
Any suggestions??

I have read so many reviews on it and different reactions that differentppl have had, so I was wondering if I could try one patch out on land just to see how I react. Is that ok? Would my body still have the same effects even though I am on land and not at sea?

My husband put a deposit on a cruise for a wedding we were going to attend. How do I get the money back?
If you pulled out with a plenty of time left you got your deposit back. Well we did and we haven't seen any of the money yet. My husband has been trying to contact them via e-mail and phone but they just brush him off. I told him if anything report them to the BBB but he just is so tired of dealing with it. How do I take over this matter. If it was just a few bucks I would let it go but it's 400 dollars and we need to pay bills.
It was done by credit card. The wedding was his cousin's and he doesn't want to tell him what's going on because his cousin loves this cruise place. It was a "barefoot" cruise and we booked it with the actually ship (they had a director that handles everything) so it wasn't an agency.
