I was thinking of flying from Miami to Antigua for my honeymoon. Has anyone ever been there or have any thoughts? I was also just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions for honeymoons, either inside or outside of the U.S. I mainly want to stay around the ocean, either on a cruise or some sort of island or resort. My fiance and I are planning to get married in Hawaii in 2009. Because it is a destination wedding, we've already told family and friends about it so they could start to save up.

His parents and brother's family are saying that they won't be able to go because they can't afford it. I don't want to be rude, but we're paying for everything ourselves and all they'd have to do is fly out...isn't 18 months enough time to save?

Also, because my parent's are pretty well off they think I'm spoiled for having a wedding in Hawaii, and are giving me grief over it. They're being very vocal about their disdain, saying "Well, I would think it's more important to have your family with you rather than have a fancy wedding."

Both my HTB and I would love to have them with us, but we've always said (for 5 years now) that we wanted to get married in Hawaii. We have given everyone plenty of time to save up money, and we're trying to make everyone happy. It's so hard!

What should we do?
We're having a reception back home for everyone that couldn't attend after our honeymoon.

I was on my honeymoon in Hawaii and found Bella Pierre at a mall in Maui. It is by far the best makeup I have ever used. I am now back in Pennsylvania and there is no where around me that sells it. Tahnks in advance for the help!!

My fiance and i are looking to get married in Turkey (i would ideally like icmeler or amos bay or kumlubuk as a location). I'm finding it hard to find a company that can help with these destinations as most places can only offer packages and are not flexible on location etc. Have any Brits been married in this area of Turkey and how did you go about it??? I am considering getting married in Juneau, Alaska as part of our Royal Caribbean cruise (either the glacier or rain forest). I would like information from anyone who has done this (even if it was something similar on a different cruise line or at a different port) or knows someone who has. Were you happy with it? Would you recommend it? What are the pros/cons? Any information you have would be great.

My fiancee and I want to have our honeymoon in Hawaii.
We are looking for a resort that is all-inclusive including: food, drinks, maybe some excursions, etc.
I also want to know the best island to go on to have the maximum fun with exploring both land and sea.
I have done some searching and found a few places, but I would like to hear from people with more knowledge or even experience.

I already asked a question earlier about where my fiance and I should go on our HONEYMOON. We are trying to decide between Cancun, MX and Maui, Hawaii. Most voted for Maui. In Cancun, we would stay at an all inclusive resort where we could get room service as much as we would like, the choice of three restauraunts at the hotel, I believe there are three pools, plus the ocean. So basically we can get pampered there in Cancun. In Maui, we would be staying at a resort where they have condos. We would not have any of the pampering like we would get in Cancun as far as room service and so on. Maui would NOT be all inclusive either. So, it is a tough decision! I would feel safer in Maui, but I like the fact that we would get pampered. ALSO, my husband to be will be going to Hawaii in the near future, but to a different island for work. I will be able to go with him at those times. So, What do you all think??? I really appreciate the feed back I have gotten thus far. Thank you very much!!!

My friend recently went to Hawaii this past summer and found out about this really cool photographer. I don't remember his name, but I do know that all of his photos he's taken are inside the waves. (riding in the tube) I know I don't have much information, but I just thought maybe someone had any clue to who the guy was. I was going to get her a print for christmas so I was trying to avoid asking her what his name was. Appreciate the help :]
