i want to take a romantic vacation where there are no children around (no offense) any ideas?
i went to Maui for my honeymoon and it was like paradise we don't really hang out at night unless its relaxing and sitting by the water but i just want a low key vacation and if you want you can suggest certain times of the year that might be a good thing

Do you have any recommendations for a good destination wedding site? We want to transfer to Sandals for our honeymoon, but we don't want the ceremony/reception there because it costs a ridiculous per-person fee for people not staying on the property (which includes all of our kids and non-coupled family members).
We just want a nice location for a ceremony & reception (including dinner) that is on the beach and will hold 50 guests. Thank you for your input!

We are trying to keep our costs down for our wedding in Hawaii next year, as well as keep our wedding small, meaningful and intimate with just the very special guests that mean the most to us.
Thing is, people are finding out we're doing a destination wedding, and asking me or my husband, "hey, am I invited to your wedding? Can't wait to go!" I mean, do people really do this? I'd never do this to someone else! We verbally invited the small amount of people to verify that they'd actually go, and now we're afraid we're going to offend a bunch of people.
The cost is going to skyrocket for the rehearsal dinner and reception because we want to do them at elite locations on the islands ... I just don't know what we should do. Should we invite people out of guilt? I mean, is that what all wedding come down to -- pleasing everyone else?
If not, how do I handle the people that ask if they're invited?

So I am about to get married...not a wedding because it would be too awkward because of our families (race issue)...so we are PLANNING on going to Hawaii for our honeymoon. I am about to get settlement money from a car accident a few months ago, and I am wondering just HOW much it will take for this trip (from texas to hawaii) and any tips you may have. Also, if you get a package deal on Priceline (flight,car,hotel), is there a catch in the price?

I want to go to Maui and stay at the Ritz Carlton for 5 days and then go to Kauai and stay and the Grand Hyatt for 5 days. When I look up the two locations separately for 10 days I am fine with the pricing, but I cant find away to get expedia to set me up with the second destination without messing up their system. Is there a special way to map my route if I am doing it myself.Thanks.
