  1. Try the Grand Wialea. AWESOME place to stay.

  2. I would stay at the Westin Maui. It is a beautiful hotel with several huge pools, shopping, great food, a seven acre rain forest, great service, and so much more. One thing I would definitely recommend besides this hotel, is driving on the Road to Hana. It’s a drive you will never forget with waterfalls around every corner. I hope your trip is everything you hoped for and more.

  3. Omg! I just got back from Maui!!! You have to stay in Kihei!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!! We stayed at the Sugar Beach Resort. It’s ocean front on white sandy beaches for miles! We loved it so much we are going back to look at buying a condo there.
    ♥♥♥♥♥♥

    Edit:
You have to drive over to La Haina. Tons of fun shops, and tours! It’s great!
    I love Kihei!

  4. Never been disappointed at a Marriott. They have some beautiful properties in Maui. Plus, you’ll get the Marriott points.

Bora Bora Nui is to die for, is the most beautiful place in the world

  6. Totally the Four SEasons! It’s so beautiful in Maui! You’ll totally love it. You should go to the beach and you can snorkel in the beautiful ocean. My family even went on a small boat to this area in the ocean that was shallow and you could swim and touch Stingrays! It’s totally fun. I have a bunch of do’s but no donts!

  7. I actually live on Oahu *(My husband is stationed here with the Marines). we just got married at home in New Jersey and honeymooned in HI.. I recommend doing a cruise through Norweigen Cruise Lines. You spend 2days in Maui, but you get to see the other islands as well. This is truly the best deal for a Hawaiian Vacation. And THEN once you’ve seen the other islands you can book a trip back to YOUR favorite spot for an anniversary somewhere down the line. The cruise is excellent, very clean ship (we did pride of america) wonderful food and a variety of restaurants are included in the ship fare for different tastes. The ship offers excursions once you are in port on the islands. However, you can rent cars and the car rental company shuttle (all major companies shuttle from the ship). pick you up and you can head out on your own. The whole thing is wonderful and you can plan it according to any budget.

  8. The Sharaton Maui hotel in Ka’anapali is the best! The beach is beautiful and it’s close to Lahaina, which is a cute little shore town with restaurants, bars, & shops.
The hotel is very open air and has AMAZING views! We had a floor level suite that walked out to a cliff looking over the ocean. The food was great. The pool was by far, the coolest pool I’ve ever seen. It wound all around the area with bridges, waterfalls, stone, etc all around. They had Hawaiian drummers out every morning in the courtyard area. The beds were so cushy and comfy too! …..I miss Maui…. :o )

  9. On a West side Napili Village, on the South side Grand Wailea or Kealani. Avoid staying in Kihei- it’s deadly HOT!!! (I live in Maui, so you can trust me on this one) =))
